Auschalink is committed to help our customers to develop a variety of new fabrics, including printed fabrics:
First, our merchandiser receives customer's requests and select the sample fabric, colors and patterns requirement.
Next, our fabric R&D team will handover, develop relevant print styles and formulate the relevant development documents and send them to the corresponding suppliers.
The supplier will provide CAD to R & D team according to the sketch of the pattern.
Then, our R & D team will check the CAD for customer‘s requirement and send it to the merchandiser department for the customer's CAD approval.
Customer will then give modifications according to the CAD. If major changes are needed, we will make adjustments according to the customer's modifications, contact the supplier to adjust the printing, and issue new CAD to the customer.
After the CAD approval from customer, R&D team will inform the supplier to prepare SO.
When our team receives SO, we will check the color, size, pattern, etc. according to customer's requirements.
The next step we will make the checked SO into a color atla and send it to the customer (with details of recipient, fabric number, style number, date, composition and so on).
After the approval of SO by the customer, we will wait for the bulk order to start bulk fabric order.
