Pattern creation means the process of converting technical drawings into development patterns. The pattern's measurements are entirely customizable based on your preferences, and we will adjust the changes until the design and fit are perfect.
The goal is to ensure that your clothing's measurements and cut are consistent across all sizes (S, M, L, XL, etc.) and big apparel manufacturing. Then, we take your idea and turn it into a design that can be cut and sewn.
Our cut and sew manufacturer will finalize the materials required for your clothing brand, especially the fabric, trims, and other accessories. After the design completion, we will send you the design we make in the form of a tech pack, and if you are satisfied with the design and measurement detail, we are all good to go for bulk production.
The clothing mockups are typically included in your product's tech pack. The tech packs make it easier for the manufacturer to understand your design and manufacture the product according to it. The mockup file helps create professional clothing mockups and present your garment/apparel products like every professional clothing line.
Your personalized clothes will be cut and sewed from the fabric you choose according to the pattern you approve. Before being sewn or stitched together, all garment items are sorted by size, color, and number.
Sewing machine operators do the main work in this part. They are given bundles of cut pieces and instructed to sew the same garment section before passing it on to the next department.
Before we begin the bulk production of your clothing line, we first develop a sample of your product and send it to you. So that you can have an idea about the product you are going to receive in bulk, this method also helps us reduce the number of errors and breaks all the barriers in communication between you and us.
Right after you approve the sample product, we start the bulk production. We go quickly with our whole process so that your product can reach to market faster.
We conduct quality checks and report them to the fashion house during the cut and sew manufacturing process. The quality assurance checks include strict follow-ups about our quality process, customer requirements, and ensuring that each product goes through checking 3 to 4 times before the shipment period to satisfy our customer's requirements.
In the last stage, when your product is all prepared and ready for shipment, clothes are folded, tagged, sized, and packaged according to customer demands. Then, to keep the material clean and pressed during shipping, the clothing is manually or automatically packed into protective plastic bags. Lastly, your clothing line is packed into cardboard boxes and shipped to you right at your doorstep.
